वाक्य- वाक्य पांच प्रकार के होते हैं
1. Assertive
2. Interrogative
3. Imperative
4. Optative
5. Exclamatory
1. Assertive – जिन वाक्यों मे कोई बात हाँ या ना मे कही जाय उसे Assertive Sentence
कहते हैं, जैसे – “He is my brother” , I was not there
2. Interrogative - जिन वाक्यों से प्रश्न का बोध होता है उसे Interrogative Sentence कहते हैं I ये प्रश्न दो तरह के होते हैं, एक क्या वाले प्रश्न एंव एक W-H(Words) वाले प्रश्न I
जैसे-
(i) Have you gone there?
(ii) What did you write there?
3. Imperative - जिन वाक्यों से आज्ञा (Order) ,अनुरोध (Request) एंव सलाह (Advice) का बोध होता है, उसे Imperative Sentence कहते हैं I
ऐसे वाक्य सदा मुख्य क्रिया से ही आरम्भ होते हैं I
