Mind and memory improvement techniques for competitive exams

How to increase your mind power for better performance
Generally it is seen that when you read continuously your mind not help you to remember things more.The fact is that reading in the first and at very last can be remembered,but the middle portion often disappears.The reason behind this your consciousness of mind.The fresh mind at starting gives you concentration and the same while leaving, moreover something interesting that you had read in the whole learning.
What should be done for better learning?
1.Give break every 15 minutes of your learning.
2.Re-learn it after 1 hour.
3.The same after 24 hours.
4.Then recall it just after a week.
5.Then it after one month and after that 6 months if necessary.Doing this whatever you learnt will not erase from your memory.
The effective techniques-When you learn try to draw diagrams into your mind of the
person or things because diagrams are such things which is sustain to remember anything more days.Try to make your short notes,when you write with your right hand then your 20% of left brain develops and when you write or work from your left hand develops 20% of right side brain, if possible then try to write from both of your hands.When you make any note just give a background colour that helps you to remember the things more faster than reading with a single text colour.
When you try to remember,something just sit straight that your backbone not bent much,and if possible take a sustain of a wall while reading then just take your eyes upward and move it just towards your right that make 45 degree angle from your eyes.If affect on your front side of brain to remember thing much faster.You can try this for every single diagram or a single sentence.
Concentration-Concentration is very important that help you to give patience and help you to sit more hours while studying and even in your examination center you will not frustrate.Some time you feel stress and leave you study just after half an hour or just after an hour but concentration give you to make perfect answer of any question and give you to complete the task whatever times it takes.For improvement of you concentration just sit on a surface and see a candle burning and see it from a distance for 1 to 5 minutes.Even some yoga helps you a lot into this like “Garud Asana” some yoga for mind improvement will be published soon to this blog.
Points in your body-You remember one thing when a student in his/her class do not do his homework or if get any punishment.Most of the time the punishment like convulse his/her ears.When someone wringing ears the remembrance becomes more better.So, don’t miss the fact to press ears if something you missing while remembering.It helps you to makeover.
Middle points at the forehead-There is a point just between both of the eyebrows and when you press it little the supply of oxygen increases towards mind that helps you when you feel little ache in you head.So,press with your thumb 10 times,counting (1-10) times each.
Listing music- Listening music can help you a lot.You listen songs and its remember by everyone.Try to make a voice record of you general knowledge or something that you want to remember and listen when you go to your bed at sleeping time.Just take a sleep and listen your recorded voice.
Stress free music- When you listen music just try to listen romantic songs here it mean to say the soft or solo songs or some instrumental songs.Some song reduces your stress and some will leads your mind to wards hesitations.So,make a playlist of your favorite songs.The one song I am sharing with you all and here is a link (just right click to download and save as)

You can increase your concentration while seeing any single bold and certain point for maximum 10 minutes that must increase your concentration.
Remember one thing for your competitive examination the study is not always impact on you but you have to give importance to your mind too and learning flower should not be fade So give proper time and nutrition to your rose mind.
